Methodological Stance

For proposal and committee review, the study should be described as a qualitative-dominant convergent mixed methods design grounded in constructivist qualitative inquiry. Interviews and other open-ended evidence provide the qualitative core. Closed-ended survey items and national datasets provide supporting quantitative context. Adult university students are a participant group. AI-generated texts and agentic artifacts are analyzed as a distinct nonparticipant comparison source that retains at least one bounded, prespecified agentic-artifact task.

Current Review Workflow

  1. Compare the visible role-specific questions with the current 05A, 05B, and 05C attachments.
  2. Compare the identical ten-card set on the 05A and 05C pages with working attachment 05F.
  3. Confirm that the 05B leader page contains no card sort.
  4. Keep participant entry, browser recording, local saving, and export disabled until the approved instruments and data-management process are confirmed.
  5. After written approval, use only the recording, notes, transfer, storage, and retention procedures authorized by the final protocol.

Instrument-validation boundary: Attachment 05E addresses cognitive interviewing for the survey. It does not use these role-specific interview pages and does not include the separate 05F card sort.
