Consent and Context

This read-only page displays the draft participant-facing instrument for review. It does not collect or export responses.

Standard opening script: Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. This conversation is part of a study on how educators and school-system leaders make sense of generative AI in relation to teaching and learning. There are no right or wrong answers; I am interested in your honest experience, including where you disagree with how others frame these issues. Your participation is voluntary, you may skip any question, and you may stop at any time. With your permission I will record the interview with audio and video to support accurate transcription and analysis; you may decline recording. Do you have any questions before we begin? Do I have your permission to record?
Research caution: teachers may skip any question. Avoid collecting names, school names, or identifiable student information in open responses.
Recording scope: this page does not record browser audio or video. If the participant gives written permission for interview recording, use the separate IRB-approved audio-and-video recording process. The participant may decline recording and still take part.
All response data remains local until export.
